The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Bath and shower also top! The location is in the middle of the old town and you can reach everything on foot within a short walk. The breakfast was varied and super delicious! The airport transfer went smoothly, the driver was on time and the price was fair. The hotel has exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! We will be back :)
In the morning it was a little too bright in the room. Apart from that everything was great!

Exceptionally nice staff and magnificent location right in the Old Quarter, everything was wonderful. The rooms were cheap, modern and with a nice view of the old quarter with a balcony. I had really great days staying at this moderately priced hotel.

Mega fancy hotel. Very friendly and very stylish. In Germany it would have 2-3 stars. . You slept very well. The restaurants in the proximity are unbelievably good and one is right in the navel of the hustle and bustle without noticing it at night.

Very central location in the Old Quarter, but not in the middle of the main hustle and bustle. Good spacious room with view over the neighborhood. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet clearly arranged, but well complemented by additional menu.

Beautiful new accommodation in the heart of Hanoi. You have everything you need immediately when you leave the hotel (bars, restaurants, shops). The room was clean and nicely furnished. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
As the hotel is so centrally located, it is unfortunately a little loud in the evening.

The hotel clerk went out of his way to try and make the rooms more comfortable and he was very upset when we checked out early, he tried his best.
Hotel was filthy, the rooms were awful, beds totally uncomfortable and located in very busy noisy area. It states 3 star, but i would rate it as 1 star. My sons room didnt even have a shower. Picture on web is airbrushed and looks nothing like what the street and front of the hotel does. We supposedly had deluxe room, there was deluxe dust all around, dirt on the linen, lots of noise , and even blood stains on the floor, so if this is whats classed as deluxe then you can imagine the basic rooms.
